It's a little Paradise Flying Snake! I don't see many pics of these on DA. They actually are GLIDING snakes, and don't really fly, but they can glide like a kite by spreading their ribs and flattening their bodies. They have really nice coloration, especially these young ones. It's not often you see one on the ground, either, since they live in the treetops.
